師曰：知至道者天不殺，服元炁者地不滅。夫至道者不遠，祇在己身，用心精微，命乃長久。
Teacher Said: “Heaven does not Kill those who’s Knowledge reaches the Dao, Earth does not Exterminate those who serve the Original Qi. Those who reach the Dao find it is not distant, but within your self. By subtly using the Xin, Life can be extended.”
