人來手無論上門，中門，左右門，我俱使鰲魚側身腳第一破法，人橫打来，我往右邊一閃，下身取寶第二破法，人中門打來，我轉膀直通第三破法，人上門打來，我往右邊一閃，閉手取寶第四破法，人右邊貫耳取發，我連刺代打第五破法，人或右貫耳取發，我下身打脅第六破法，人上門右邊打來，我變玉環，雙梆第七破法，人上門右邊打來，我伏脅雙梆第八破法，人陰打來，我陽打第九破法，人陽打來，我陰打第十破法，人在後取發，或打來，我回馬鞭第十一破法，人上中左右打來，我伏身前掃堂，或白蛇當道第十二破法。

His Upper Gate right side Strike comes, I transform the Jade Ring & Double Rattle, is the Seventh Breaking Method. His Upper Gate right side Strike comes, I use cover the ribs & Double Rattle, is the Eighth Breaking Method. His Yin Strike comes, & I Yang Strike, is the Ninth Breaking Method.
