采/Cai – Pluck：鷹捉也/this is Eagle Seizing

裹/Guo – Wrap：肘打也/this is ElbowStriking
絕/Jue – Cut：刮地風也/this is Scraping the Ground Wind
束/Shu – Bind：起也/this is Rising
