In the Wudang Sword Method, the most important set is the Thirteen Patterns. They’re named according to Thirteen Characters, namely It’s just like Taijiquan’s 掤/Peng, 捋/Lu, 擠/Ji, 按/An, 采/Cai, /挒Lie, 肘/Zhou, 靠/Kao; 前進/Forward Advance, 後退/Backward Retreat, 左顧/Look Left, 右盼/Expect Right, & 中定/Central Stability. In addition, there’s Sword Dancing, which has no fixed patterns. You shouldn’t try to learn it until your Sword Art is pure & subtle. It is impossible to comprehend without receiving Oral Instruction.
Great info. Lucky me I came across your site by accident (stumbleupon). I’ve book marked it for later!

Hello, Neat post. There’s an issue together with your website in web explorer, may test this? IE still is the market chief and a big element of other people will leave out your excellent writing due to this problem.|
