左換右兮右換左,抽身倒步自合机。

蓋手掌/Gai Shou Zhang – Covering Hand Palm

 

二勢蓋掌迎面撲,撥雲見日走自如。

左換右兮右換左,丹鳳朝陽向上出。

 

The Second Pattern Covering Palm directly pounces, Dispel the Clouds to See the Sun Walks freely.
