歌十二/Song Twelve
此掌與人大不同, 進步抬前乃有功。
退步還先退後足, 胯步儘外要離中。
This Palm & other people’s are not alike, if Advancing Step rises first then there is success.
Retreating Step also first withdraws the rear foot, Kua Step prioritizes the outside & must stay away from the center.
歌十三/Song Thirteen
此掌與人大不同, 手未動兮膀先攻。
未從前伸先後縮, 吸足再吐力獨豐。
This Palm & other people’s are not alike, before the hand has moved the upper arm already attacks.
Withdraw before extending, draw in enough then release & the power alone will be sufficient.
歌十四/Song Fourteen
此掌與人大不同, 前掌後掌力相通。
欲使梢兮先動跟, 招招如是不得鬆。
This Palm & other people’s are not alike, the power of the front palm & rear palm are interlinked.
If you want to use the tip first move the root, every maneuver is like this, don’t be slack.
歌十五/Song Fifteen
此掌與人大不同, 未擊西兮先聲東。
指上打下人莫測, 卷珠倒流更神通。
This Palm & other people’s are not alike, Before you attack the West make noise in the East.
People don’t thoroughly examine Point Above & Strike Below, Rolling a Pearl with Reversed Flow is an even more remarkable ability.

I do not know if it’s just me or if perhaps everyone else encountering issues with your site.
It appears as if some of the written text within your
posts are running off the screen. Can somebody else please provide
feedback and let me know if this is happening to them as well?
This may be a problem with my browser because
I’ve had this happen previously. Thanks
