左換右兮右換左, 抽身倒步自合機。
One type of a single stroke is not unusual, circling left & right therefore is proper.
Left changes to Right & Right changes to Left, withdraw the body, reverse the steps, & you get the opportunity.
歌五/Song Five
步即轉兮手即隨, 後掌穿出前掌回。
來去去來無二致, 要如弩箭離弦飛。
The steps quickly turn & the hands immediately follow, the rear palm Penetrates out & the lead palm returns.
Coming & going, going & coming, are not two causes, it must be like a crossbow arrow quickly leaving the string.
歌六/Song Six
穿時直掌貼肘行, 後肩改做前肩成。
莫要距離莫猶豫, 腳入襠兮是準繩。
When Penetrating, straighten the palm, attach to the elbow, & go, the rear shoulder changes to become the front shoulder when finished.
You do not want distance, do not hesitate, the foot entering the crotch is the criteria.
