If I were to say “Jackie Chan,” what would come to your mind? Dark, tense, seething REVENGE, right? No? Well, that’s the underlying tension of Dragon Fist, a 1979 tale of revenge & manipulation. It opens with a tournament, played out with the opening credits. One man easily dominates the rest, in succession. Its all in good fun, until…

Jackie’s character is blinded by duty & revenge, he can’t see the obvious manipulations for what they are. And that leads to the final showdown, with unexpected twists, surprising turns, & unforeseen alliances everywhere! Dragon Fist is a surprisingly dark film for Jackie Chan, but its one worth checking out. Enjoy!
