New addition to the Theory of Xingyi

Xingyiquan’s Treading Thorough Study Method has been added to the Theory of Xingyi page, along with the link to an older piece translating Xingyiquan’s 16 Point Practice Method. The two are nearly identical, & hint at greater theoretical continuity between Liu He Xinyiquan & early Xingyiquan. We hope you enjoy!
