海蟾真人胎息訣/Hai Chan Zhenren’s Embryonic Breathing Secret

夫元炁者，天地之母，大道之根，陰陽之質。在物名淳利之炁，在人名元炁者也。乃性命也。凡一晝一夜，一萬三千五百息，常常口鼻中泄了真炁。聖人久煉胎息者，常納於丹田，故微微出入，定自身，安而得長生。長生者，乃心與神炁相合，與道同真也。

What is Original Qi? It is the Mother of Heaven & Earth, the Root of the Great Dao, the Nature of Yin & Yang.
