御炁之法/The Method of Managing Qi

上至泥丸，下至命門，二景相隨，可救殘老矣。若呼不得神宰，一息不全，吸不得神宰，亦一息不全。若能息息之中，使神炁相合，則胎從伏炁中結，炁從有胎中息，胎炁內結，永無死矣。功成之後，男子聚精，女子結嬰，雖動於欲不能與神爭，是謂真返精為神也。此者乃是上清玉真修息之訣。日能行之，自得其味，漸合太上真道。
