It is also said: “When the Yi contains Movement & Stillness, Qi obtains Spiritual Connection. Walking the Dao of Self Control, my Spirit is bright & clear. This principle is correct, thus it is able to reject or obtain it. For the people of this age, Spirit & Qi move independently, Child & Mother mutually seperate. Although the Qi breathes, it is only Internal, & the Spirit regularly makes use of Things so it is only External. In this way, they unexpectedly cause the Qi to have no master & the Spirit to have no connection, & when the Spirit is unable to connect then the Jing will disperse. Again, use the Spirit as the Master, use the Form as the Residence. If the Master does not exercise control Internally, then the Sun will exercise control Externally. Naturally, if the Residence is empty, then the physique will be decrepit. In an Age where the Dao has degenerated, each day & each night, during innumerable moments, the Qi of the Form must complete a total of 13,500 breaths. In every case, what is External is forced into servitude by the Spirit, not the Breathing which is within the Physique. How can you hope for the Dao of Long Life with Unfailing Eyes?”
Your style is very unique compared to other people I’ve read stuff from.
