百戰煉磨 – Bai Zhan Lian Mo, “Polished Through One Hundred Battles”
The Hundred Day Challenge: Standing in San Ti Shi Daily For One Hundred Consecutive Days
Rules: Beginning on September 1st, a minimum of 2 minutes of standing per side, at least one session a day, for 100 days in a row.
If you aren’t a red-blooded Xingyi Man, like Uncle, you can still participate! Simply switch out San Ti Shi for your own Style’s representative or Guard posture.
