電摯昆吾晃太陽, 一升一降把身藏,

Quick as lightning, Kunwu flashes past Taiyang, one rise & one fall conceal the body,

搖頭進步風雷響, 滾手連環上下防,

Shake the Head & Advance Step, wind & thunder roar, Rolling Hands interlock defending above & below,

左進青龍雙探爪, 右行單鳳獨朝陽,

Left advances with Green Dragon Double Probing Claws, Right moves with Single Phoenix Faces the Sun Alone,

撒花蓋頂遮前後, 馬步之中用此方,

Scattered Flowers Cover the Crown conceals the front & back, Horse Step while using this method,

蝴蝶雙飛射太陽, 梨花舞袖把身藏,

Butterflies Flying Together emits from Taiyang, Pear Blossom Dancing Sleeves conceals the body,

鳯凰浪翅乾坤少, 掠膝連肩劈兩旁,

Phoenix Waves it’s Wings, Qian & Kun stop, Sweep the Knee connects the Shoulder Chop on both sides,

進步滿空飛白雪, 回身野馬去思鄉。
