Hello, I'm your Uncle Sickness. My study of martial arts & Daoist philosophy began in college & has carried through the rest of my life. In that time, I've learned Ba Fan Shou, Tan Tui (10 & 12 Road versions), Taijiquan, Tanglangquan, Baguazhang, & my personal favorite, Xingyiquan. In addition, I've studied a number of popular Qigong styles & meditation techniques.

First of all I would like to say terrific blog!
I had a quick question that I’d like to ask
if you don’t mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
I’ve had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out.
I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be
lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas
or hints? Appreciate it!
