力足發自筋與骨,骨中出硬筋相隨。 　足根大筋通腦脊,發招跟步力能摧。

The Li is sufficient when generated from the tendons & bones, in extending, the bone is stiff within & the tendons mutually follow.

The big tendon in the heel connects to the back of the head, the strength is capable of devestation when emitting maneuvers using the Following Step.

眼到手到腰腿到,心真神真力又真。 　三真四到合一處,防己有餘能勝人。
