歌十六/Song Sixteen

天然精術怕三穿, 不走門外使枉然。 他走外兮我走內, 伸手而得不費難。

Naturally refined Arts dread the Three Penetrations, never leaving the outside door is using it in vain.

歌十七/Song Seventeen

掌使一面不為功, 至少仍須兩面通。 一橫一直三角手, 使人如在我懷中。

Using the Palm on one side isn’t an accomplishment, at the least it must have both sides connected.

One Horizontal & One Straight makes Triangle Hands, it allows you to send people off as if you held them within your chest.

高欲低兮矮欲揚, 斜身繞步不須忙。 斜翻倒翻腰著力, 翻到極處力要剛。

When high desire to be low, oh, low wishes to rise up, Inclined Body Winding Step can’t be hurried.

In Inclined Overturning & Collapsing Overturning the waist puts forth effort, when Overturning arrives at the extreme point the Li must be hard.
