歌七/Song Seven

胸欲空兮氣欲沉, 背緊肩垂臂前伸。

氣到丹田縮谷道, 直拔顛頂貫精神。

The chest wants to be empty & the Qi wants to sink, the back is taught, the shoulders dropped, & the arms extended forward.

The Qi goes to the Dantian, the Gudao is withdrawn, & the Jingshen passes through the top when the crown is pulled straight up.

歌八/Song Eight

走時周身莫動搖, 全憑膝下兩相交。

低盤雖講平膝胯, 中盤也要下腿腰。

When Walking the whole body cannot sway, this relies entirely on  both of the lower legs crossing at the knees.

Although the Lower Basin emphasizes level knees & kua, the Middle Basin also requires lowering the legs & waist.

歌九/Song Nine

抿唇閉口舌頂齶, 呼吸全憑鼻孔過。

力用極時哼哈泄, 混元一氣此為得。

Press the lips, close the mouth, & push the toungue to the roof of the mouth, all breathing relies on passing through the nostrils.

When strength is applied to an extremity, discharge it with Hen & Ha, by mixing these the original One Qi is obtained.

歌十/Song Ten

掌形虎口要撐圓, 中指無名裂縫開。

先戳後打使腕骨, 鬆膀長腰跟步鑽。

The palms’ shape must have the Tiger’s Mouth opened & round, the middle fingers hide slight cracked openings.

First poke then strike using the wrist bone, loosen the upper arms, extend the waist, closely following the steps to enter.

歌十一/Song Eleven

上步合膝倒步掰, 換掌換步矮身骸。

進退退進隨機勢, 只需腰腿巧安排。

Step forward with closed knees &step backward with opened knees, lower the body at the legs when changing the palms or changing the steps.

Advance & Retreat, Withdrawing & Entering follows the situation’s potential, you only need to skillfully arrange the waist & legs.
