Song One
Empty the chest, pull up the crown, settle down the waist, bend the kua, control the knees, & grab the ground securely.
Sink the shoulders, drop the elbows, & extend the lead palm, the two eyes look through the Tiger’s Mouth.
Song Two
The rear elbow first folds, covering the heart, the palms then overturn followed closely by settling toward the front.
Along with the front elbow’s closing embracing power, both the front & rear palms have one gathered spirit.
Song Three
The steps are curved, but the legs extend straight forward, in general, it really looks like pushing a grindstone.
Bend the knees, allow the kua & waist to twist the feet, the eyes move in three dimensions without swaying the body.
