龍性屬陰搜骨能，左右躍步用柔功。 雙掌穿花加起落，兩腿抽換要靈通。

The Dragon’s Nature belongs to Yin & it has the ability to Search Bones, Left & Right Jumping Step uses Soft Skill. Both palms Thread Flowers while Rising & Falling, both legs whipping exchange must be fast.

虎性屬陽力勇猛，跳澗搜山它最能。 搶步起時加雙鑽，雙掌抱氣撲如風。

The Tiger’s nature belongs to Yang & its strength is bold & fierce, Jumping a Stream to Search the Mountain is its best ability. Stealing Step rises during the double drilling, both palms holding Qi & pouncing like the wind.

猴性輕靈起縱輕，機警敏捷攀枝能。 叼繩之中加掛印，扒杆加掌向喉中。

The Monkey’s Nature is agile & it rises aloft easily, its ability to Climb Branches is astute & nimble. Holding a Rope while also Hanging a Seal, Climbing a Pole while also Palming at the Throat Center.

馬有垂繮疾蹄功，跳澗過步速如風。 丹田抱氣雙拳裹，左右雙衝是真情。

The Horse has Hanging the Reins & Quick Hooves Skills, Jumping a Stream with Crossing Step is like the wind. The Dantian holds Qi while both fists wrap, the left & right both Thrust is The Truth.

鼍性最靈浮水中，左右撥水是真形。 又有鑽意加側打，左顧右盼攔中用。

The Alligator’s Nature is most quick & it floats on water, left & right stirring water is the real shape. There is the idea of both drilling & Lateral Strike, looking all around to block a hit is useful.

金雞報曉獨立能，抖翎發威爭鬥勇。 獨立先左後右意，食米奪米上架行。

燕性輕盈抄水能，向後展翅快如風。 上托提撩三抄水，全部動作要輕靈。

熊性沉穩威力猛，外陰内陽昇降中。 裹翻之中有橫拳，左右斜行起落從。

The Bear’s Nature is stable & its might is ferocious, Externally Yin & Internally Yang rising & falling strikes. Wrapping & Overturning its strikes have Heng Quan, followed by Left & Right Inclined Walking Rising & Falling.

鷹熊合演拳掌變，起鷹落熊走兩邊。 鑽時提足須含意，落時勁貫毫髮間。

The Eagle & Bear Combined Exercise Fist & Palm Variation, rise like an Eagle fall like a Bear walking on both sides. Drilling while lifting the foot must have meaning, when falling the Jin Threading seperates the hairs.
