•炮拳之綱/Pao Quan’s Main Points
兩肘緊抱腳提起, 兩拳一緊要陽拳。
前手要橫後手丁, 兩拳高只肚臍抱。
氣就身法入丹田, 腳手齊落三尖對。
拳打高只與心齊, 前拳虎眼朝上頂。
後拳上鑽眉上齊, 虎眼朝裡肘下垂。
炮拳打法腳提起, 落步前手緊上鑽。
拳腳齊落十字步, 後腳是連緊隨橫。
Both elbows tightly embrace as the foot rises, it’s critical that both fists are united & Yang Fists. The front hand is horizontal the rear hand makes a “T,” both fists embrace at navel height. The qi follows the Body Method & enters the Dantian, feet & hands fall simultaneously with the Three Tips Matched. When the fist strikes it is just level with the heart, the front hand’s Tiger’s Eye faces up. When the rear hand drills up to eyebrow level, the Tiger’s Eye should face inward & the elbow should droop. In Pao Quan’s Striking Method as the foot rises then falls, the front hand drills up tightly. The fist & foot simultaneously fall in a Cross Stance, the rear foot is linked tightly & follows horizontally.
