螳螂拳連打代招手法十二着/Tanglangquan Lian Da Dai Zhao Shou Fa Shi’er Zhao – Tanglangquan’s Linked Strike Replacement Maneuver Hand Method Twelve Moves

第一手，人中門打來，我虛身白虎洗臉，搜襠腳。

First Hand, his Center Gate Strike comes, I use Empty Body White Tiger Washes Face, & Search the Crotch Leg.

第二手，人上中左右門打來，我使左右太極，或纏鞭過耳，披砸朝天插肘崩捶，鴛鴦腳。

Second Hand, his Upper, Middle, Left, or Right Gate Strike comes, I use Left & Right Taiji, maybe Coiling Whip Across the Ear, Open Smashing Look to Heaven Inserting Elbow Beng Chui, Mandarin Duck Leg.

第三手，左右前後打來，我伏身一閃，使四門刁打。

Third Hand, Left, Right, Front, or Rear Strike comes, I Conceal the Body Single Dodge, to use Four Gates Diao Strike.

第四手，人中門打來，我使提劈。

Fourth Hand, his Center Gate Strike comes, I use Raise & Chop.

第五手，陽掌挫捶，硬起胳肘。

Fifth Hand, Yang Palm Filing Hammer, Hard Rising Armpit Elbow.

第六手，或串捶，破膝掃襠。

Sixth Hand, either Strung Together Hammer, or Break the Knee & Sweep the Crotch.

第七手，人來直通，我使開堂掌。

第八手，人左邊取發，貫耳，我使返尖腳即倒。
