龍形屬陰搜骨能，左右躍步用柔功。雙掌穿花加起落，兩腿抽換要靈通。
Dragon Shape joins Yin with the ability to search bones, left & right Leaping Step uses Soft Gong fu. Double Palm Penetrating Flower adds Rising & Falling, both legs pulling exchanging must be nimble.
虎形歌訣/Tiger Shape Song
虎形屬陽力勇猛，跳澗搜山它最能。搶步起時加雙鑽，雙掌抱氣撲如風。
Tiger Shape joins Yang with brave & fierce power, Jumping a Stream to Search the Mountain is its best ability. Stealing Step’s rising adds double Drilling, Double Palm Embracing Qi pounces like the wind.
猴形歌訣/Monkey Shape Song
猴形輕靈起縱輕，機警敏捷攀枝能。叼繩之中加挂印，扒桿加掌向喉中。
Monkey Shape is agile as it climbs aloft lightly, deftly nimble is it’s ability to climb the branch. Holding the Rope while Hanging a Seal, Climbing the Pole adds a Palm to the Throat Strike.
馬形歌訣/Horse Shape Song
馬有垂韁疾蹄功，跳澗過步速如風。丹田抱氣雙拳裹，左右雙衝是真情。
Horse has Hanging Reins Sickness Hoof Gong, Jump the Stream Passing Step is quick as the wind. The Dantian holds Qi when Double Fists wrap, Left & Right Double Thrusting is the truth.
鼉形歌訣/Alligator Shape Song
鼉性最靈浮水中，左右撥水是真形。又有鑽意加側打，左顧右盼攔中用。
The Alligator’s nature is to be most alert when floating in water, left & right Push away the Water is the real shape. Also, there is a Drilling Intent in the Lateral Strike, look all around & Block while applying.
雞形飄訣/Chicken Shape Song
金雞報曉獨立能，抖翎發威爭鬥勇。獨立先左後右意，食米奪米上架行。
The Golden Rooster Heralds the Dawn with the ability to Stand Alone, Shaking it’s Feathers to show its might & struggle bravely. Standing Alone Advance Left Retreat Right’s Intention, is Eating Rice, Seizing Rice, Mounting a Frame in series.
燕形歌訣/Swallow Shape Song
燕雀輕盈抄水能，向後展翅快如風。上托提撩三抄水，全部動作要輕靈。
The Swallow is lithe & graceful with the ability to Draw Water, Spreading its Wings backward as quickly as the wind. Upper Lifting, Carrying, & Scooping all Three are Drawing Water, the entire movement must be agile.
鷂形歌訣/Sparrow Hawk Shape Song
鷂有束身入林能，又有翻身鑽天功。先從束身後入林，鑽天翻身前後同。
Sparrow Hawk has the ability to Bind its Body & Enter the Forest, it also has the skill of Overturning Body & Spiraling to Heaven. First, pass through with Binding Body, after Enter the Forest, Spiraling to Heaven & Overturning Body, the front & rear connect.
蛇形歌訣/Snake Shape Song
蛇體玲瓏撥草輕，屈伸如意蟠繞能。左右斜撥是靠打，橫勁原由坎中生。
The Snake’s body is nimble as it gently pushes aside the grass, bending & extending at will, it has the ability to coil & wind. Left & Right Inclined Pushing Aside is a Leaning Strike, Heng Jin is the origin, it’s source is in Kan.
鳥台形歌訣/Tai Shape Song
鳥台性最直能豎尾，上架下落用拳行。展翅之中有挽式，虛心實腹真道成。
The Tai’s nature is the most direct, it has the ability to Erect its Tail, Upper Frame, Lower Fall uses the Fists to move. There is a drawing pattern within Spreading the Wings, Empty the Heart & Fill the Belly is the true way to succeed!
鷹形歌訣/Eagle Shape Song
鷹張烈狠捕捉能，上似劈拳下擄功。左右行之可進退，鑽翻採擄是真情。
The Eagle Spreading is intense & it has the ability to viciously seize & grab. First it’s like a Chopping Fist, then it seizes the result. Moving left & right, it’s able to Advance & Retreat, Drilling, Overturning, Plucking, & Seizing are the truth.
熊形歌訣/Bear Shape Song
熊態沉穩威力猛，外陰內陽升降中。裹翻之中有橫拳，左右斜行起落從。
The Bear’s appearance is steady, mighty, & ferocious, It’s Outside is Yin & it’s Inside is Yang, Rising & Falling within. Wrapping Overturning, inside there exists a Heng Quan, Left & Right Inclined Moving, Rising & Falling are unhurried.
鷹熊合演/Eagle & Bear Combined Performance
鷹熊合演拳掌變，起鷹落熊走兩邊。鑽時提足須含意，落時勁貫毫髮間。
The Eagle & Bear Combined Performance Fist & Palm alternate, Rise like an Eagle & Fall like a Bear while Walking to both sides. When rising, the foot must have meaning, & when falling, the Jin must thread through the slightest gap.
