十二形者：龍、虎、猴、馬、鼉、雞、鷂、燕、蛇、鮐、鷹、熊

The Twelve Shapes are: Dragon, Tiger, Monkey, Horse, Alligator, Chicken, Sparrow Hawk, Swallow, Snake, Tai, Eagle, & Bear

一、龍形：1) Dragon Shape:
龍形飛升，伏龍落地

Dragon Shape Flies to Heaven, Hidden Dragon Falls to Earth

二、虎形：2) Tiger Shape:
虎抱頭，猛虎撲食

Tiger Holds Head, Fierce Tiger Pounces in Prey

三、猴形：3) Monkey Shape:
猴子挂印,猴子竊繩,猴子爬桿

Monkey Hangs Seal, Monkey Steals Rope, Monkey Climbs Pole 

四、馬形：4) Horse Shape:
勒疆，搬，頂

Reign the Border, Move, & Thrust

五、鼉形：5) Alligator Shape:
左右翻江

Left & Right Overturn the River
