百戰煉磨 – Bai Zhan Lian Mo, “Polished Through One Hundred Battles” 

The Hundred Day Challenge: Standing in San Ti Shi Daily For One Hundred Consecutive Days


Rules: minimum 2 minutes of standing per side, at least one session a day, for 100 days in a row. 

Old Rubber Legs will be participating with me in this Hundred Day Challenge. We’ll check in regularly to show our progress.
